I grew up and obtained my undergraduate degree in Hawaii. I lived on the East Coast of the United States for some time where I obtained my graduate degree.

Traveling is my luxury and for simple pleasures, I enjoy relaxing with family and friends, cooking, and tending to my garden. I believe in continuous self-improvement and I'm interested in learning approaches to living a mindful, and healthy lifestyle.
